Every Vision and Strategy is only as good as its implementation. I am a long-time expert in services marketing and business development within the Technology Industry with a proven success record.
This is my personal site where I share my journey along the current social shift, driven by technology.

We experience a time of epochal change. The buzz about Digitisation has shifted to discussions about the reasonable use of technology, the interaction between machine/man and especially Artificial Intelligence. It is no longer about the development of Technology in general, but how we make use of it to the benefit of the connected society.
We play the key role in this change.
The translation of technology into a language that is understandable for a broader audience has been my main professional task over the past 20 years.
From my understanding, the development of technology is today taking place at a speed on exponential level which is out of control.
How shall we manage this change? I see the call for all of us to shape this development actively, on a business and research level, while keeping the practical aspects in focus.

IT Projects & Ressources
As project coordinator for technology consulting in a “Big5” back in 2001/2002, I learned about IT projects and their resources (time, people, money) allocation. Later working for retail, I realised that the “internet” is not just about changing how companies operate but also how it is shaping the behavior of society.
Infrastructure & Security
As a field marketing manager in a large, US Multinational, I understood that data communication is the fundament of the economy and in order to survive, companies will only have one chance: digitisation of their business. In 2007, my employer purchased the security provider “Cybertrust” which gave me an understanding of critical infrastructure and cyber threats.
Data & Beyond
The more and more complex world (higher standardisation and regulation, IoT / data dependencies) asks for a renewed approach to control and manage it. Enterprise Architecture, using the methodology of modeling, helps to manage those tasks in a holistic way.
